Our newly designed, light-filled EYFS room provides an inspiring environment where children, whether in Nursery or Reception, grow in confidence, curiosity and independence from their very first days with us.
We warmly invite prospective families to attend our Open Morning on Saturday 7th November 2026 from 10.00am to 12.00pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore our school and nursery, meet our dedicated staff, view our facilities and discover what makes the Holy Family community so special. The new school year has got off to a fantastic start at Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Darlington, with children returning to classrooms full of smiles, enthusiasm and excitement. It has been wonderful to welcome pupils back to school and see how quickly they have settled into their new classes. Celebrating Two Fantastic Terms Across BHCET
As we come to the end of another successful academic year, we are incredibly proud of everything our pupils, staff and wider school community have achieved over the past two terms. Year 5 Take Part in Inspiring Mini Police Project
Year 5 pupils at Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Darlington have recently been taking part in the Mini Police Project, a joint initiative run by Durham Agency Against Crime and Durham Constabulary. Over the last few weeks, the children have thoroughly enjoyed participating in a series of engaging sessions designed to help them learn more about the important work carried out by police officers and the positive role they play within local communities.
