We were delighted to welcome the incredibly talented Liz Million – illustrator and author – to Holy Family for a fun‑filled day of creativity, imagination and artistic inspiration.
The visit began with a fantastic whole‑school assembly, where Liz wowed the children with her vibrant illustrations, lively storytelling and infectious enthusiasm for drawing. Smiles spread across the hall as pupils learned how characters come to life on the page.
Throughout the day, each class enjoyed their own themed workshop, giving children the chance to work closely with Liz and learn new artistic skills. From expressive faces to brilliant animal designs, pupils picked up lots of tips and tricks to make their drawings extra special. The classrooms were filled with creativity, colour and excitement as the children proudly shared their masterpieces.
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Liz Million for spending the day with us, inspiring our pupils, and creating such wonderful designs. Her energy, talent and passion for illustration left a lasting impression on everyone.
