Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Darlington celebrated its annual Sports Day 2026 with two fantastic afternoons of fun, teamwork and sporting achievement.
Children from Nursery through to Year 6 took part in a variety of races, enjoying the opportunity to challenge themselves, support one another and demonstrate excellent sportsmanship.
The events were filled with enthusiasm as pupils gave their best effort in every race. Staff at Holy Family Catholic Primary School were incredibly proud of the children's positive attitudes, determination and strong team spirit throughout both afternoons.
Blessed with sunny weather, the school community came together to create a memorable occasion for everyone involved. Families turned out in large numbers to cheer on the children and celebrate their achievements, helping to generate a wonderful atmosphere across both events.
A spokesperson for Holy Family Catholic Primary School said the school was delighted to see so many family members attend and support the children.
